How fast is shipping?

Domestic:

Shipping takes 1 business day to process, then 1-3 days for Priority or 2-5 days for Standard to arrive.

Products are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, CA.

 

International:

Shipping takes 1-2 business days to leave facility, then another 7-20 days to arrive, depending on where you live.

Do you offer returns?

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Skiins you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be un-used, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
